Fifteen real sub-5-dollar tickers, none mirrored yet. Not equity. Not backed. Not affiliated. Not audited.

Six sections, no diagrams needed. Everything a contract will enforce is written as a rule; everything that is not deployed yet is said to be not deployed yet.
The registry maps uppercase real-ticker strings to exactly one token address each. The first valid claim on a ticker binds it forever; every later claim on the same string reverts. That is the entire product: not the token standard, not the curve — the canonical-ness. When a stock runs, the market wants the mirror of that stock, and it wants one answer to the question "which one is real?". The registry is that answer, enforced by the contract instead of by luck.
A mirror is a plain fixed-supply token. Its name is its ticker. It holds nothing, tracks nothing, and promises nothing — see the risks section, which is not small print here.
New mirrors can only be created in a window that opens at 13:30 UTC — the NYSE opening bell — on trading days, and stays open for one hour. Mirrors themselves trade 24/7, every day of the week, like everything on this chain. Only listing is bell-gated.
The gate is deliberate ritual. Squeezes are discovered pre-market and mirrored at the open; compressing all listings into one moment makes each one an event the whole floor watches, instead of noise dripping through the day.
Mirrors launch pons-style: fixed supply, bonding curve, then graduation into a Uniswap v4 pool with liquidity permanently locked. Trading pays the standard 1% pons fee; the creator-fee recipient of every mirror is the PennySplitter contract, which splits what it receives two ways, on-chain:
50% buyback-and-burn — buys that same mirror on the open market and burns it. 50% treasury — buys $BELL for the protocol treasury. No fee is routed to the mirrored company or any other uninvolved third party, and nothing here pays yield. Numbers on this site are contract reads or dashes — the splitter address will be printed here the day it exists.
The Listing Desk is an agent with a small job: every trading morning it scans pre-market for gappers — penny stocks under $5 on unusual volume — publishes the watchlist, and at the bell claims the top gapper's mirror if no human beat it to the claim, posting the listing publicly.
The desk holds no special powers. It calls the same public claim function as anyone else, pays the same fee, and can lose the race to any human. It exists so the board never sleeps through an open.
The platform token, launched the same way as every mirror — same curve, same lock, no premine mechanics beyond what the launchpad gives every token. Its one mechanism: half of every mirror's fees buy $BELL for the treasury. No staking, no emissions, no governance theater. If the mirror market trades, the treasury buys; if it does not, nothing pretends otherwise.
Not audited. The contracts are new and unaudited. Not backed. No asset, oracle, or mechanism ties a mirror's price to its stock — the resemblance is narrative, not engineering. Not equity. A mirror confers no rights over any company. Not affiliated. No relationship with any issuer, Nasdaq, NYSE, or Robinhood Markets.
Trust assumptions, printed. Buyback routes are owner-allowlisted and quote against manipulable spot prices — slippage bounds, per-route spend caps and 4-hour epochs bound the blast radius, and only in-flight fees are ever exposed. The OPENBELL treasury carries a disclosed two-step 24-hour emergency escape. The pons factory owner holds a 3-day-timelocked power to redirect any token's creator fees. The registry owner can pause new claims — never edit a record. The bell is pure UTC arithmetic and opens on NYSE holidays too.
Mirrors are memecoins with a naming rule. They are violently volatile, they can lose all liquidity and attention, and anything you put in can go to zero. Pre-launch, no contract is deployed: any address claiming to be OPENBELL today is someone else's. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
